We coach architects, ICT leaders, and delivery teams in situ. Method is aligned to common enterprise architecture practice; we tailor cadence and artefacts to your PMO and change paths rather than imposing a heavyweight framework for its own sake.
Scope boundary
Coaching is not a substitute for strategy when direction is still blocked, and it is not a standing outsourced EA office unless that is explicitly scoped. Success means your people can continue without us in the room.
