Sysis Technology is the trading name of Sysis Pty Ltd. We specialise in enterprise architecture and ICT advisory for organisations that need governed, working systems — not policy documents alone.
How we engage
Senior practitioners do the work. Governance is meant to live in a repository, in decision records, and in governed data — not only in a PDF. We prefer thin, binding artefacts over large slide inventories, and we stay close enough to delivery that advice remains accountable.
We do two things well: deliver useful architecture for the decisions in front of you, and help your people build a lasting architecture practice. Engagements are sized to what is blocked — strategy, coaching, implementation support, or a blend.
Who we serve
Government, resources, and other regulated or complex organisations where ICT decisions carry operating, risk, and obligation weight. Typical buyers are CIOs, enterprise architects, program sponsors, and leadership teams stuck between strategy and a live estate.
Standards and method
Work is aligned to common enterprise architecture practice — capability views, principles, roadmaps, decision records, and governance cadence. We do not claim firm-wide certifications or regulated outcomes on this site unless we have confirmed them for publication. If you need TOGAF, ArchiMate, or other credentials stated for a tender, ask and we will answer accurately.
What we will not do
- Invent client logos, testimonials, or ROI figures for marketing
- Publish regulated claims we cannot substantiate
- Treat AI tooling as a substitute for architecture, risk, and operating model
- Leave a slide deck with no owners, decision rights, or next binding artefact
